HandsOn Connect is Coming! Get Excited!

Mandatory training for all partner agencies on our new volunteer management database is being offered in all three counties in August. We are less than a month away from the launch of HandsOn Connect. HandsOn Connect has the capability to manage all of your organizations volunteers, recruit new volunteers and keep your volunteer statistics in one place separate from HandsOn's numbers.
While there will be a learning curve for all of us, we strongly believe the hard work will pay off.  HandsOn Connect officially launches on July 13th.

Important:
  1. 1800Volunteer will be shut down for about 1 week as we do a final data transfer, to ensure we capture all of your information and move it into the new system.
  2. Your username and all of your organizational data will be moved into the new system EXCEPT for your password. For security reasons you will need to reset your password.
  3. Training is mandatory for you so we can help your transition to the new system be as positive and helpful as possible.

We are offering  three trainings options during the first two weeks of August.  All partners need to send at least one member of their staff to a training.  However, multiple members of your staff who might utilize the database are encouraged to attend.

The HandsOn team has put together an interactive training that will be held in a computer lab. You will be learning by doing, updating your own information in the new system, with a comprehensive handbook and HandsOn staff available to assist you and answer questions. Lunch will be provided.  All partners will be asked to sign an updated partnership agreement at the training.

Mandatory Training Date Options:
  1. Friday, August 5th, 9-4pm at Willamette University's Collins 407 Computer Lab.
  2. Tuesday, August 9th, 9-4pm at the Mcminnville Branch of Chemeketa
  3. Thursday, August 11th, 9-4pm, at the Dallas Branch of Chemeketa
